Shipping policy

At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the United States. All orders are shipped via carriers selected by Lost Palms. The shipping rate is based on products size, dimensions, and recipient location as well as carrier rate. 

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 1-5 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
